Give Evil Nothing to Oppose and It Will Disappear

June 1st, 2010

Governing a large country is like frying a small fish You spoil it with too much poking Approach the Universe with the Tao and evil will have no power.
Not that evil is not powerful, but its power will not be used to harm others.
Not only will it not do harm to others but the sage himself will also be protected.
If only the ruler and his people would refrain from harming each other,
all the benefits of life would accumulate in the kingdom.
Verse 60 of the Tao Te Ching

If you have no ill thoughts toward yourself or others the powers of wickedness and wrongdoing will be rendered impotent. It is divine law that you are protected and as long as you give evil nothing to oppose it will disappear.

Lydia, my best friend, told me a story today that is very relevant to this. She said that one day her hair salon was broken into. When the robbers broke in they stole jewelry from the nail tech and they actually bagged up products of Lydia’s. They stole things of value from the nail tech but they left Lydia’s stuff. Lydia is a person of good will and a good heart. She was protected. They bagged up those items but did not take them.

Here is a great story that I read in one of Dr. Joseph Murphy’s books. He said he had a conference with an ex-Sergeant of the Army, who had returned from Vietnam. He told of a fascinating and absorbing episode which had occurred during his tour of duty there. One afternoon when he was on patrol with his men they walked right into six Viet Cong soldiers, who immediately killed all five men in his patrol before they could lift their rifles. Obviously, the Viet Cong had seen them coming and had ambushed them.

The enemy soldiers looked straight at him but never spoke or indicated they saw him. They went through the pockets of his men and took papers, weapons, and all contents. He was amazed and could not understand it. He found his way back to his battalion and later wrote about his experience to his mother in Kentucky. She wrote back: “They did not see you, son. They could not see you or touch you because I have prayed daily, ‘My son will always be invisible to the enemy. God is his refuge and fortress.’”

This man’s mother decreed constantly that her son would be invisible to the enemy and would be protected by God. This was communicated to her son’s subconscious mind, which responded according to the impression or decree given. Every letter she wrote her son concluded with these words taken from the 46th Psalm: “God shall help you, and that right early.”

Undoubtedly these letters and prayers written by his mother had a profound effect upon him and made a deep impression in his subconscious mind, which responded to her conviction of God’s protection for him.

He gave evil nothing to oppose and it disappeared, actually he disappeared!

Turn Pain Into Spiritual Awakening

May 15th, 2010

Eckhart Tolle in A New Earth says: “People with strong pain-bodies often reach a point where they feel their life is becoming unbearable, where they can’t take any more pain, any more drama.”
And: “If peace really mattered to you….you would remain nonreactive and absolutely alert when confronted with challenging people or situations. You would immediately accept the situation and thus become one with it rather than separate yourself from it. Then out of your alertness would come a response. ….It would be powerful and effective and would make no person or situation into an enemy.”

He says….”Some people may feel, as I did, that they cannot live with themselves anymore. Inner peace then becomes their first priority. Their acute emotional pain forces them to disidentify from the content of their minds and the mental-emotional structures that give birth to and perpetuate the unhappy me. They then know that neither their unhappy story nor the emotion that they feel is who they are. Rather than pulling them into unconsciousness, the pain-body becomes their awakener, the decisive factor that forces them into a state of Presence.”

Every single one of us goes through trying times. But there is an easy way and those times do not have to be so trying. You can come to a place where trying times do not even happen to you. This is an absolute fact!!

When Eckhart Tolle’s book A New Earth came out Oprah Winfrey held a 10 week class on the book online. This was a very powerful class. I suggest that if you have the time, take the class and most definitely read the book. However, if you get the book and begin reading it, you may feel it above your head. If this is the case don’t worry, you are just not at a place in your life right now to get it. Put it down and pick it up later. There will be a right time to get it.

Awakening and coming into a consciousness moment can be a very powerful thing. It happened to me on February 27, 2008. Yes I remember the day, moment and everything. A very painful experience in my life that had been ongoing for years had come to its end in a very unbearable situation – well I labeled it unbearable then it really was not so bad. I thought could take no more pain and definitely no more drama. Drama is immature. I finally said to myself, “I have had enough!” I let it all go. And once I did that every single thing in my life changed. Every single thing!

Like Eckhart said, “It would be so powerful and so effective and would make no person or situation into an enemy.” I became one with every single thing in the world. One with the moment and one with what is. The key was I quit resisting.

Resistance my dear friend is the reason for all unhappiness. If you look at anything you are unhappy about, I don’t care what it is, you will find the root of it is resistance. So, let go of that resistance and you will find a window of opportunity there. I did.

Now I did let go of resistance in that big situation in my life and it opened all kinds of doors for me. Funny thing, I am human and today I encounter a whole new set of problems with resistance of a different kind. I know in my mind that I need to let go and not resist the situation and I am working on it but I have my days where that resistance creeps in. Just let go and let God. It can be that simple if you let it!

I will leave you with a great example of letting go….When Oprah first got her start in television she was a TV reporter. She read the book The Color Purple. There was a character in the book she completely identified with because this girl was abused as a child, like Oprah. The author even had the strength to write about it and help others. This inspired Oprah. Can you imagine being the person who inspired Oprah?

Well one day Oprah heard they were going to make a movie about this book. Oprah tried out for the part and she really wanted this part more than anything in the world. After the audition she went months without hearing from the movie producers. She just knew it was because she weighed too much so she went off to a health retreat to lose some weight.

While at the health retreat she kept thinking day and night about how badly she wanted this part and she focused on getting in shape. One early morning while out running on the track she began singing a hymn that spoke about letting go and she then turned the entire thing over to God. Right there and then she turned the entire everything over to God and she let go of the outcome. She quit resisting. Interesting….

Three days later a call came in to Oprah from Stephen Speilberg. He said, “So I hear you are at a fat farm.” Oprah said, “Well, I prefer to call it a health retreat.” He said, “Well don’t lose another pound you got the part and your character needs the weight!” Oprah quickly packed her bags and headed home.

See what happens when you quit resisting? And when you let go of that pain and agony of what you thought was so bad? As Shakespeare says, “Things are neither good nor bad but thinking makes it so.” Turn your pain into spiritual awakening – it happens all the time!

“Yes Man” A Funny Movie with A Twist on the Law of Attraction

May 5th, 2010

The world is a playground. You know that when you are a kid but somewhere along the way everyone forgets it.” -Allison, Carl’s Love Interest in “Yes Man”

In the movie “Yes Man” Jim Carrey stars as Carl Allen, a guy whose life is going nowhere — the operative word there being “no” — until he signs up for a self–help program based on one simple covenant: say yes to everything…and anything. Unleashing the power of “YES” begins to transform Carl‘s life in amazing and unexpected ways, getting him promoted at work and opening the door to a new romance. But his willingness to embrace every opportunity might just become too much of a good thing.

This movie is very funny and sometimes a humorous play on the Law of Attraction. I mean you can say YES to some very wrong things you know. And the movie plays on that fact. But it is a very humorous way of looking at things and shows how “if you change the way you look at things and the things you look at change” really can happen. I loved it!

What I really enjoyed about the movie was that Carl began to enjoy life because he started to say yes to things. He began to learn what Allison, his romantic interest in the movie, said in the quote. “that the world is a playground but we forget that as we grow up.” Don’t forget it! Start saying yes to some of the things you’ve denied your heart of lately. You’d be surprised as to how it will change your life – in an instant!

Basically, and in reality, you say yes not because you have to but because you know in your heart that you want to. That is how you change your life. That is the whole point of the movie. And it is stated in a very humorous way too – once Carl (Jim Carrey) realizes that saying yes to everything is not always a good idea.

Jim Carrey in real life is a proponent of the Law of Attraction one might say. I’ve seen him on her show talking about the Law of Attraction. He spoke of how he carried a check in his wallet for $1million for quite a while. This check came to fruition when a movie he had been in (I think Dumb and Dumber was the movie) made him $1 million right around the same date he had written the check for.

Another thing to note that I found out about him while researching for this article was when Jim Carrey announced that he was NOT going to take his usual fee for the movie opting instead to be a film investor in exchange for a third of all profits, eyebrows were raised.
However in doing so he backed a winner, with the quirky comedy pulling in over $200 million worldwide guaranteeing him at least $28 million, expected to rise to $35 million. The article went on to say that the success of this strategy ensured his place in the Forbes ‘Hollywood’s Top-Earning Actors’ list with Jim at No. 8, above Brad Pitt and behind Tom Cruise. I am quite sure he is still earning a pretty penny on this movie as it was in theatres in the Winter 2008 and is now on DVD.

If you want a good laugh watch this movie but remember as the movie says, “say yes because you know in your heart that you want to not because you have to.”

Forgiveness Can Be So Easy

March 10th, 2010

“Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it” -Mark Twain

While reading The Power of the Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy I came across a prayer about forgiveness that is quite powerful: Quiet your mind, relax and let go. Then affirm: “I fully and freely forgive (mention the name of the offender) I release him spiritually and mentally. I completely forgive everything connected with the matter in question. I am free and he/she is free. It is a marvelous feeling. It is a day of general amnesty. I release anybody and everybody who has ever hurt me, and I wish for each and every one health, happiness, peace and the blessings of life. I do this freely, joyously, and lovingly. And whenever I think of the person or persons’ who hurt me I say, ‘I have released you and all the blessings of life are yours.’ I am free and they are free. It is wonderful!”

Guess what? You only have to pray this prayer of forgiveness once. Whenever the person, or the particular hurt happens to enter your mind, wish the deliquent well and say, “Peace be to you.” Do this as often as it enters your mind. You will find that after a few days the person or particular experience will return less and less often, until it fades into nothingness.

Dr. Murphy also mentions an acid test for forgiveness which I absolutely love. You can test whether or not you have truly forgiven someone. If you should hear something wonderful about the person you have forgiven and you sizzled at hearing the news then the seeds of hatred are still in your subconscious mind, playing havoc with you.

He gives the analogy of the memory of a tooth ache a year ago. You remember the pain but you do not feel it anymore? That is the test of true forgiveness. You may have memory of the hurt but you do not have the sting or hurt anymore.

This is the acid test of true forgiveness and you must meet it psychologically and spiritually or you will just be deceiving yourself and not practicing the true art of forgiveness.

Can your forgiveness stand this acid test? If not pray the prayer and practice the peace be with you thought process. It works, I know, I have put it to the test with ones who have taken away the most precious thing in the world to me. My involvement with my children’s childhood days & memories. I can forgive that and at this very moment wish the father of my children and the woman who worked the wrongs with him health, happiness, peace, and the blessings of life. And when I hear good things happening to them I am deeply happy for them.

I smell that oh so fragrent violet that Mark Twain was talking about can you?

The Law of Attraction Really Means What?

March 5th, 2010

It’s when you feel least thankful that you are most in need of what gratitude can give you: Perspective!” -Oprah Winfrey

I just love Natasha Dern’s articles on The Huffington Post. She nails it right on about The Law of Attraction in this article.

You have probably all heard about the movie and book The Secret. They make you think you can wish upon a star and have everything you want but there is so much more to it than that. Did you know they asked http://www.drwaynedyer.com/ to write in the book The Secret and he declined because they did not elaborate enough about the truth about The Law of Attraction?

The Secret does get it right and it is on target towards getting there but it is like kindergarten in the education of using The Law of Attraction. Natasha mentions that The Law of Attraction works and interacts with other Divine Laws that The Secret does not even mention.

A lot of times people cannot even access The Law of Attraction because they are just not “ready” and the other Divine Laws cancels those wishes you wished upon a star out. Or as Oprah put it: Perspective. I like to call it emotional readiness or level headed thinking (the sub conscious mind).

Natasha explains this “real truth” so well in her article. You must get your vibrations in tune with what you want or the law will only mirror back to you what your emotions are emitting. Here is her example of a situation in which someone may be trying to use the Law of Attraction for a relationship “wish”.

“On a conscious level, you want to be in a committed and mutually rewarding relationship but on an emotional level you may not be ready to step up to the plate or even be ready for such a big responsibility. Through the law of attraction you will meet up with someone who mirrors to you your emotional truth, which is you are not ready. This person will cause you either great grief, or great disappointment and all this relationship is meant to do is to inform you or make you aware of your emotional vibrational state and to take charge in transforming it. The law of attraction is precise. The law of attraction is a perfect mechanism, perfect tool to help you on your journey to self-realization.”

I think if one was to sit down and take honest inventory of what you were wishing for and Divine Laws and lessons in life you’d see you were being taught lessons by the Law of Attraction. Ahhhhh, now that’s food for thought.

Until next time! -Kathie

3 Prayerful Steps to Ensure Deep and Lasting Love

February 12th, 2010

It is that time of year again. Valentine’s Day or Lover’s Day. So many lovers take each other for granted so I thought I’d write a quick post about that. Actually that is easy to do over time anyhow.

I am single right now, I have been for many months now. I see so many couples take each other for granted and I know when I do find Mr. Right I am going to do my very best to not do that. Let me tell you it sucks being alone at Christmas and Valentine’s. But I also know it sucks worse to be with someone who does not appreciate you any day of the week.

So if you are lucky enough to have that special someone and you really do not want to lose them or you want to keep that spark alive try these 3 steps on for size.

This was found in Dr. Joseph Murphy’s book on Amazing Laws…..

Step One: In the beginning, God. Every morning upon awakening claim that God is guiding you in all your ways. Send loving thoughts of peace, harmony and joy to your significant other and everyone in your life.

Step Two: Grace at meals. Give thanks for the food and blessings in your life as well as give thanks for each other. Make absolutely sure no problems, worries or arguments enter conversations at the table. Be sure to do this at meals when you are away from your significant other. Refrain from talking negatively or thinking bad thoughts of that person at all meals and be sure to say grace before all meals. If you feel bad thoughts coming up for the other person just say to those thoughts, “Peace be with you be gone.”

Step Three: Prayer before Sleep. Keep the bible close by and read scriptures together. Consistently read: Psalms 23, 27 and 91. Hebrews 11 and I Corinthians 13. Pray quietly, “Thank you Father for all the blessings of the day. God giveth His beloved sleep.”

How Did I Become A Practical Dreamer?

February 10th, 2010

Well you can – read on…..

How Did I Become A Practical Dreamer? by Ryan Biddulph

Practical dreamers accomplish the most in life. Doers do. Dreamers dream. Those who act on their vision become world-changers.

How do you become a practical dreamer?

Set Dream Dates

I dream – or visualize – before sleeping or when in a meditative state. The conscious mind tends to quiet down during these times. You see, our negative chatter runs throughout the day whether we are aware of it or not. The “I can’t”, “I won’t” thoughts usually run in background even when you feel great. This is why it’s important to enter a sleepy, drowsy state before visualizing. The conscious mind can no longer interfere with your mental picture.

I would say that I move into inspired action after waking or transitioning from a meditative state 9 out of 10 times. I wrote 23 pages of quotes for one of my e-books in a 2 day period using this methodology.

Dream In Detail

When you see it in your mind, you’ll receive it. Dreaming in detail creates order in the mind, and orderly minds create things with little effort.

Ever have a day where everything worked out perfectly? Your mind was in order. You fed it positive imagery backed with positive emotions. Chances are you imagined the emotions of already being in possession of some awesome thing, you saw it, tasted it, and touched. Maybe it was on a conscious level, maybe it wasn’t, but if it happened, you dreamed it.

Ever have a day when everything seemed to go wrong? You built a detailed negative dream.

”What’s gonna happen when my unemployment check doesn’t come and I’m late with the rent and my landlord kicks me out??”

See what I mean? Nice, detailed, and attached to the requisite horrendous feelings of fear and doubt. As you dream, so shall you receive. The more details you add, the more real it becomes.

Generate the emotions of having it. See it in your mind. Touch it. Taste it. Smell it. These details create order in your mind, and orderly minds move into inspired action.

Dream Often

This stuff takes practice guys. Dreaming for 5 minutes ain’t gonna cut it. Dreaming for a week might not cut it. It may be weeks, months, or years. Then again it might not. It’s all based on how many positive sense impressions you make on the Universal Mind. Pure Positive Dreams.

I had to be honest with myself in this regard. I used to complain that I dreamed and nothing was happening. Well, you can’t fool the universe. I wasn’t dreaming enough, and I wasn’t dreaming emotionally charged dreams. When my visualization sessions increased in duration and frequency things changed gradually. I felt good but became a little frustrated because things weren’t happening quickly enough for me, but as I thought the other day…….when it looks like nothing is happening everything is happening. The universe is orchestrating as it always does in the background.

You can’t possibly know the combinations the universe is setting up for you. Mind your own business! Keep dreaming!

What do you do to become a practical dreamer?

What We Give Others We Also Give to Ourselves

February 2nd, 2010

”What we give to others, we give to ourselves. What we withhold from others, we withhold from ourselves. In any moment when we choose fear instead of love, we deny ourselves the experience of Paradise. To the extent that we abandon love, to that extent we will feel it has abandoned us.” – Marianne Williamson

“It is always the case that both the victim and perpetrator who suffer the consequences of any acts of violence, oppression, or brutality. For what you do to others, you do to yourself.” -Eckhart Tolle from the book: A New Earth

”If you concentrate on finding what is good in every situation, you will discover that your life will suddenly be filled with gratitude, a feeling that nurtures the soul. -Rabbi Harold Kushner

Now I want you to think about this for a bit. Give anger, receive anger. Give kindness, receive kindness.

Your task for the day or for a few days for that matter (better yet, the rest of your life) is to change what you are giving away from the bad habits of anger, hatred, bitterness, jealousy, envy, lack, and poverty. And create the good habits of thinking peace, happiness, harmony, right action, good will, abundance, and prosperity. In doing so you will find that you will be giving yourself the gift of peace, happiness, harmony, right action, good will, abundance, and prosperity.

I know this may not be easy but this is the best gift you can give yourself. The very second you find yourself thinking an ugly thought replace it with a good thought. The mind cannot think two things at the same time.

Let me give you an example. Let’s say you and a very close friend just had a falling out and you are very angry at that person. Every time that person enters your mind you focus on that angry thought. Well instead change that to focus on a positive thought about that person. I can hear you now, “I can’t find anything positive about that person!” Wha,wha, wha…too bad, you have to! Let me tell you why, this person is a child of God too, therein lies their innocence. Know that this is only helping you. This is what Jesus meant when he said “you will heap coals on your enemy’s head when you pray for them.” This may not be easy at first but once you realize the positive affect it will have on you, you won’t have such a difficult time doing so.

Know, my e-book, soon to be published will also detail this point in full. Try not to stress out on your enemy’s innocence. You’ll get there! Eventually a link to my e-book will be here.

Okay so that is your homework for this lesson. Any experiences with this lesson? Feel free to comment….

Until next time -K

6 Easy Steps to De-Stress

January 29th, 2010

Heart disease, cancer and obesity are serious health threats today. However, stress can make you sick as well. Stress elevates your level of cortisol, the hormone your body produces when you are under stress. Sustained levels put you at risk by raising blood pressure, dampening your immune system and impairing your ability to lose weight. Following are some simple steps to help you take control of your stress right now.

  1. Take ten! Find quiet, comfortable place to sit. Take several slow, deep breaths to help clear your mind. Continue breathing and repeating the word “one” to yourself as you exhale. Practice this for five to ten minutes once or twice a day. You should find your stress levels dropping. This is basic meditation. For more help on meditation techniques Click Here! That is a website called Meditainment for Deep Relaxation. Great meditation techniques listed there!
  2. Tune it out. Known to ease our anxiety and lower blood pressure and heart rate, MUSIC is an old but tried stress buster. While slow music or soothing instruments typically yields the best results, choose a style you enjoy. Make it something that grabs you and takes your focus off your worries.
  3. Take a walk. Any exercise, even a leisurely 20-minute walk or bike ride, can reduce stress. While you are exercising, do not let yourself think of anything that upsets you and causes you stress. Rather, focus on what you are doing; the health benefits you are achieving. If you are taking a walk, look around at the scenery, if on a treadmill or stationery bike, put some headphones with your favorite music (see #2). Whatever you do for mind, do not let it worry! That is easier said than done. Here is a little tip on that: when the stressful thought creeps into your mind tell that thought “peace be with you, be gone.” And then tell yourself you’ll deal with it later, right now you are taking a walk. Be in the NOW.
  4. Write it out. Put the details of a stressful event down on paper. This may even help unburden your mind as well as your body. Take 20 minutes a day, for three days and use that time to write about a stressful event in your life. Do not worry about spelling or style; just focus on getting it off your mind. When you are done with this, tear up your troubles and throw them out. Better yet, if you get the opportunity burn them as a symbolic way of sending them to ashes!
  5. Try an over the counter remedy. Siberian ginseng is an herbal remedy available in health food stores and most pharmacies. It is great for bolstering the body against every day stress. Take 100 mg in capsule form, three times a day for six months, followed by one dose a day for two months. Make sure the capsules standardize to 1-percentage eleutherosides to ensure you get enough of the active ingredient of the herb. Please note however, if you are one who is sensitive to drugs and herbs, forget this suggestion or check with your doctor first. ;)
  6. Customize your workspace. Studies have shown people in high-stress jobs often are not aware of their stress level. You could be one of them – or not. One quick and easy way to ease workday tension is to make your desk or office feel more like home. Display snapshots of your last family vacation. Hang pictures or postcards of artwork or scenes you enjoy. Buy some fresh flowers and put them on your desk. These personal touches can help relax your even busiest day.

Thinking Your Way to Great Health

January 22nd, 2010

I am going to start blogging about things that have to do with my new e-book and the psychology of being healthy. Did you know that you can think your way to great health? Well you can. Here is an article I just read in relation to all of this called “Mental Self-Thought Poisoning”

Every thought or emotion vibrates through every cell in the body and leaves an influence like itself.

To be healthy, happy, and successful, we must be good. There is no other road to true happiness and real prosperity.

Did you realize that it is possible to read in your face and manner the record of your thoughts; that your face is a bulletin board upon which is advertised what has been going on in your mind for years?

A healthy body is composed of healthy thought externalized, outpictured. And, too, it follows the ideals, and as long as one holds the youthful, vigorous, progressive, energetic, creative ideal in their mind their body responds to the thought.

Just try the experiment of thinking of yourself as an absolutely perfect being, possessing superb health, a magnificent body, a vigorous constitution, a sublime mind, and capable of standing any amount of strain.

Never allow yourself to have a defective, crippled, dwarfed ideal of yourself; never entertain such an imperfect health model for an instant, for these mental patterns of yourself will gradually begin to be reproduced in your physical condition.

Our ideas, ideals, thoughts, emotions, moods, our mental attitude, send a constant succession of vibrations through every cell, every organ, and through all the functions of the body. There is a perpetual succession of these impulses through the entire mass of the millions of cells.

It is now well established that vicious mental states, violent emotions and explosive passions, make chemical changes in the brain and poison the cell life through the whole body.

We are much more susceptible to disease when suffering from any sort of mental discord, discouragement, or the “blues,” because of the cell damage due to the presence of chemical changes, the impairment of nutrition, imperfect digestion, and mental self-poisoning.

When discordant from worry, anxiety, anger, revenge, or jealousy, you may know that these things drain away your energy, waste your vitality at a fearful rate, and not only do no good, but also grind away the delicant mental machinery, inducing premature age and shortening the life. Worry thoughts, fear thoughts, selfish thoughts are so many malignant forces within us, destroying harmony and ruining efficiency, while the opposite thoughts produce just the opposite result. They soothe instead of irritate, and increase efficiency, multiply mental power. Five minutes of hot temper may work such a havoc in the delicate cell life of the nervous system that it will take weeks or months to repair the injury, or it may never be repaired.

Many people keep themselves in a state of chronic self-poisoning by their embittered, revengeful, hateful, jealous thoughts, selfishness or by their violent tempers and fits of raging passion. These self-prisoners not only destroy their present happiness and success, but also many years of their lives.

Whatever improves the health of the mind improves the health of the body. The uplifting, inspiring, cheerful and optimistic thought is not only a great mental tonic, but a physical tonic also.

Never allow yourself to be convinced that you are not complete master of yourself. Stoutly affirm your own superiority over bodily ills, and do not acknowledge yourself the slave of an inferior power.

Love is the normal law of our being, and any departure from the love though must result in anarchy of the physical economy, because the law of our being has been violated.

It is not difficult to shut out poisonous thoughts from the mind. All one need do is to substitute the opposite thought to that which produces the fatal poison, for it will always furnish the antidote. Discord can not exist in the presence of harmony. The charitable thought, the love thought, will very quickly kill the jealousy, the hate, and the revenge though, If we force pleasant, cheerful pictures into the mind, the gloomy, “blue” thoughts will have to get out.

When I get angry or have bad thoughts of someone I think “PEACE” towards that angry thought or that person and quickly those angry thoughts vanish and peace enters my body. This is much better for someone than those awful thoughts of anger and bitterness eating away at your great health. What do you do to help ease the tension in your body? -Kat

A note from Kathie on the photo: I chose this photo because of the time on the clock. 11:11 is symbolic to me. When I see 11:11 I make a wish and to one of my friends it means God or a spiritual power is watching over us which I believe too. There is so much more to that story but know 11:11 is significant number to me & my heart and soul!
